You know what’s pretty dang amazing. The fact I remembered that this existed.

I’ve been busy with real life and the such. Jon and I weren’t sure if we were going to be here or New York. But the other day we signed the lease and we’re moving into a tiny little apartment. It’s very small, but it has a kitchen and seperate rooms.

I should still be at Tsubasacon this fall. It’s coming up very rapidly and almost catching me off guard. I have been practicing (alittlebit). Any art I do can be found at my dA.

But, I’ll post my favorite here as well :

A picture of my Second Life character, Janzelle Leigh, that I drew out of whim. I wanted it to have a cartoony look but didn’t want it to be anime. Just wanted to prove I could do art other than my weeaboo stuff.

Other than that, I’m about to set myself up for commissions. If you stumble upon this somehow and you want a free commission let me know.

I really did not want to update without a new picture. Finding the willpoer to want to make one was very hard to do. But finally..

I did this. I know theres probably over 9000 things wrong with it. Bu whatever, it’s my first fanart in a while. Probably like the third i’ve ever done. I’m happy with it.

Other than that, everythings paid for. But i need some more art suppilies. Jonathan should be selling his game with his brother. So yeah. I hope that happens so I dont feel like a complete lonely loser when noone buys from me.

Other than that purchased the artist alley table on a whim today. I’m going to work on fan art.

A Brand New Day

Just woke up today, slightly irritated at the world. Marshall still hasn’t gotten me any information about my financial aid. Reminds me how much I hate the world. I suppose I’ll have to go down to the school and be super awesome assertive or whatever. You know, the opposite of what I am.

Anyway, so I got my scanner up and running and experimented with Manga Studio EX 4.0.

Meet Nezumi. He’s a character I tend to reuse in a lot of things. Made him in about 30 min (I already had the sketch done in my notebook). I effin love Manga Studio EX. It’s amazing.

Also, I’ve added making a banner for this blog to my to do list. I’ll probably just have Katie do it.

Ran around all day (Aka Tsubasacon : Step 1)

So, I got paid yesterday. Jon and I ran around town doing various things. It was an overall good day.

We started off by straightening our hair and running down to Pullman Square for some lattes that Cold Stone was offering. I got a Rasberry Truffle Mocha Latte and it was very much good. After wards we got some cheesesteaks and ran into Empire Book store. I read various mangas and he focused on some Windows XP hacks. We left and went to the Hobby Exchange and played some pretty cool board game with Bruce and Krispin. Afterwards Krispin drove us to Latta’s and I finally got some stuff to start working on art.

I bought some quality art paper, a very nice mech. pencil, a sakura micron pen, and after much arguing with Jon, a male manniquin. The guy at Latta’s was new and believed me when I stated that I was a Marshall Student.

We got home afterwards and laid down for 15 min. Then we left again for the mall, which we stayed at till 10PM (Mind you, I’d been out at since 10AM). I bought the Welcome to the NHK novel and a prepaid credit card to pay for the artist alley table.

In other words, it was a pretty eventful good day. Though, I’m sad because I missed the trial of L4D.
